One-on-One Session – 60 minutes of intense exercising based on highly customized routines specifically designed for each client’s needs

Couple Session – 60 minutes of training and better bonding with your spouse or your best friend
Performance Training – depends on the kind of training each athlete is interested in; the routines are designed so that the athlete can attain his/her own objectives

Express Session – 30 minutes of training; the routines consist of both cardio and fitness exercises offering a complete workout for the very busy people; the sessions can be scheduled every day between 12 and 2 pm

Outdoor Class – 60 minutes of training in Central Park; for a class to be held there have to be at least 2 people enrolled and 6 the most; the meeting point is at 72 nd Street and 5 th Avenue intersection
